In a year marked by unprecedented challenges, SIDC’s 2025 Annual Report highlights how community-led action and dignity-first care continued to make a difference across Lebanon.

Despite growing socio-economic obstacles, SIDC expanded safe, confidential, and stigma-free services to over 20,000 people through field outreach, digital platforms, and specialized care.

2025 Impact Highlights

• 14,400+ Reached through field outreach across all governorates.
• 6,962 People received SRH, HIV, STI, and Hepatitis testing & care.
• 3,903 Connected anonymously via dating apps and our HYPE youth app.
• 1,214 Mental health sessions provided.
• 269 Human rights violations documented and SGBV survivors supported.
• 180 Police officers trained via a dedicated e-learning platform with the ISF.
• Verified against the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) by HQAI.
